La Table Hanoia approached Hermès Faubourg not merely as a theme, but as a complete value system, translated into 40 entirely new culinary creations, designed exclusively for a full-service banquet experience within a meticulously curated setting.

Every decision, down to the finest detail, from the precise hue of squash blossoms and mustard greens to the exact millimeter length of over 1,000 handcrafted crackers, was examined with uncompromising rigor.
