Delicious France at La Table du Chef

Born in the gastronomic cradle of south-western France, Alain has a brilliant cooking career and owns several top restaurants in Paris. Together with his talented Vietnamese Resident Chef, Dao Van Son, he brings to La Table du Chef the highest standard of excellence in French cuisine, with a touch of Vietnamese taste. Diners will have a chance to discover an exceptional menu, highlighting the best local and imported products delivered daily, such as foie gras from Landes, truffle from Perigord, sea salt from Guerande, duck from South Western France, langoustine from France, Sapa’s honey, Phu Quoc’s pepper… just to name a few.

Besides a-la-carte menu featuring the best of French culinary, there is temptation menu, inspired by chef Alain Dutournier, which brings delicious France on the table, at only VND520,000++ per person. With the choice of a starter, a main-course and a dessert that can be changed according to the season, the menu features a wonderful blend of French cooking style and fresh ingredients sourced locally.
