???? Good news for beef lovers: Press Club introduces a special Beef Lovers’ menu for January. 9 premium dishes are 9 interesting taste-awakening experiences on your tongue that come from the creativity of La Table du Chef chefs.
Beef Lovers’ will bring you to the French fine-dining tables, where menus made from beef are raised to the level of art with many ways to enjoy that you may not yet know. For example, carpaccio or tartare for starters, pan-fried beef tenderloin, grilled beef tenderloin that is warm enough, soft enough, served with flavoring sauce, or simple-yet-not-so-simple pot-au-feu, “a dish for both civilians and regal alike”…All made from 100% selected Australian beef.
The culinary journey with beef seems convoluted, but you can absolutely enjoy it in one meal for only VND1,200,000/pax for 2 courses. Last but not least, we recommend enjoying this menu with red wine: D’Arenberg The Footbolt McLaren Vale. A wine label from Southern Australia is an excellent pairing choice with red meat that food lovers should not miss ????
